By creating an account or using Zenith (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Zenith is an AI-powered learning platform offering spaced repetition flashcards, language conversation practice, and personalised study planning. Features vary by plan (Free and Pro).
You may not use the Service to:
You retain ownership of content you create (flashcards, decks, notes). You grant Zenith a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
If you do not sign in for 18 consecutive months, we will delete your account and the data in it — including your decks, cards, study history, reading history and progress. This is not a penalty: we do not keep personal data longer than we have a reason to.
Before that happens we email your registered address three times over 30 days— 30, 14 and 3 days before the deletion date — telling you the exact date and how to stop it. Signing in cancels the deletionand resets the 18-month clock, as does clicking the “keep my account” link in any of those emails. Either one is enough, and both take one click.
So that these warnings reach you, please keep a working email address on your account. You can change it at any time in Settings, and you can export everything we hold at any time from the same page.
We will never delete an account this way while it has anything of value attached to it. Accounts with an active, paused or Lifetime plan, accounts inside a payment grace period or a period you have already paid for, and accounts holding unspent AI credits are all exempt, however long they stay unused.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
These are stub terms for development purposes and will be reviewed by legal counsel before the platform accepts paying users.
